Move-out cleaning — oplevering — is judged against a checklist, not against how tidy a place looks. That’s why it’s a different job from a normal deep clean: the oven, the limescale, the cupboard interiors and the door frames are the parts that decide whether your deposit comes back.
We clean the property empty, work through the list room by room, and hand you a dated photo report you can forward to the landlord or the agency the same day.

Questions we get asked
When should I book the clean?
For the day after the movers leave and at least a day before the handover inspection. An empty property cleans properly; a half-packed one doesn't.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, ideally completely. We can work around a few boxes, but anything we can't move gets cleaned around, and that's usually where an inspection looks.
Do you clean the outside of the windows too?
Not as standard, since most tenancy checklists only cover the inside. Ask for it and we'll add exterior glass to the same visit.
Can you guarantee I get my deposit back?
No one honestly can — that decision is your landlord's, and it can involve damage or wear that cleaning doesn't touch. What we guarantee is the cleaning standard on our checklist, and a free re-clean if the inspection flags something on it.
