What's included in a house clean
House cleaning is the service most people call us about first: a home that gets tidied often enough, but never quite gets cleaned. We take the recurring work off your hands, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dust — on a schedule that suits you.
Most homes in Eindhoven fall between two and four hours of work. We quote one fixed price for the visit, so you know exactly what it costs whether the team is fast that week or slow.
This is our standard checklist. We adjust it to your home on the first visit, and you can add or drop anything you like.
- Kitchen: worktops, hob, sink, taps and the outside of all appliances
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower, bath, tiles, taps and mirrors descaled
- All floors vacuumed and mopped, including under moveable furniture
- Dusting of surfaces, shelves, skirting boards and window sills
- Mirrors, glass doors and internal glass polished
- Doors, handles, light switches and sockets wiped
- Beds made, or linen changed if you leave it out
- Bins emptied and liners replaced
- A walk-through with you before we leave, if you're home

The first clean takes longer than the ones after it. We work through the whole house, note what needs attention, and agree with you what belongs on the regular list.
After that you get the same cleaners each visit. They know which floor can't take water, where the spare key lives, and which room to leave alone when someone works nights.

Questions we get asked
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most of our regular customers are at work. We arrange a key, a code or a lockbox, and you get a message when we're finished.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything is included — vacuum, mop, cloths and products. If you'd rather we use something specific from your own cupboard, just leave it out.
Can I change or skip a cleaning date?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Call or message us and we'll move it.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Not in a standard clean, because both take real time. Tell us in advance and we'll add them for a fixed extra amount, or book a deep clean instead.
