Privacy statement

This is a placeholder document. It must be reviewed and completed before the site goes live, because a Dutch business handling customer data needs a privacy statement that matches what it actually does under the GDPR (AVG).

What we collect

When you call or email us we keep the details needed to quote and deliver the work: your name, address, phone number, email address, and notes about the job itself, such as access arrangements or which products to use.

The form on this website asks for four things: your name, your phone number, your email address, and an optional description of the job. Sending it delivers those details to us as an email, together with the page you sent it from, so we know which service you were reading about.

The form is delivered by a third-party form-to-email service rather than by a server of our own. That service processes the contents of your message in order to pass it on to us. Before launch: name that service here, confirm where it stores submissions, and check whether a processing agreement is required.

Apart from the form, this website collects no personal data. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics.

Why we keep it

To quote the work, plan the visit, invoice it, and answer questions about it afterwards. Invoices and the details on them are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it.

An enquiry that does not turn into a booking is deleted once we have answered it and it is clear nothing is going ahead.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it: the cleaners assigned to your address and our own administration. We do not sell customer data and we do not share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Email hello@supercleaning.nl and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
