What's included in a turnover
If you host on Airbnb or Booking.com, the clean is the part of the operation that has to be exactly on time. A guest checks out at 11:00, the next one arrives at 15:00, and everything in between is our problem, not yours.
We run turnovers across Eindhoven for single apartments and for hosts with several listings. Fixed price per turnover, a photo report every time, and one number to call when a booking lands at short notice.

You'll know the state of your place before the guest does
Every turnover ends with a photo report: each room as we left it, plus anything we found. Broken glass, a stain on a mattress protector, a missing hairdryer — with a photo, dated, while it can still be claimed.
We keep a key or code on file, we work with your supply cupboard, and we can hold a spare linen set so a late checkout doesn't end with an unmade bed.

Questions we get asked
How fast can you turn a property around?
A one-bedroom apartment takes about ninety minutes, a family house two to three hours. Tell us your checkout and check-in times and we'll fit the visit between them.
Can you handle a last-minute booking?
Often yes, if we still have a slot on the round that day. Hosts who work with us weekly get first call on those slots.
Do you deal with the laundry?
Either way. We can wash and dry on site, or take the linen with us and bring a fresh set to the next turnover.
What if a guest leaves the place in a bad state?
We photograph it, message you straight away, and tell you what the extra time will cost before we start. You decide whether we push through or wait.
